The Walmart Canada In-Store Satisfaction Survey is a feedback questionnaire used to measure how you feel about the Walmart Canada store at which you have most recently shopped. If you have received a survey invitation from Walmart printed on your receipt, you can take it and complete the survey within 14 days of your shopping date. It only takes you approximately 15 minutes to finish the survey. By participating in the survey, you can express your satisfaction or complaints about the products and services they offer. After finishing the survey, you will receive the chance to enter an online quarterly sweepstakes. The online survey sweepstakes entry period lasts from August 30, 2010 to July 31, 2011.
