    2. You must be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.
    3. You must be at least 18 years old.
    4. You must not be a Wal-Mart employee or a member of the household of a Wal-Mart employee.

    2. Indicate the language in which you would like to take the Wal-Mart Survey, English or Spanish, and then click on the button marked “Continue”.
    3. Enter the number displayed on the page into the required field and then click on the button marked “Submit”.
